Our Story

Ready 2 Learn ABA was founded by two passionate and dedicated therapists, Andrea and Carlie, whom as mothers themselves, shared a common vision for creating a warm and welcoming environment for children to learn the social, communicative, adaptive, play, behavioral, and readiness skills needed to succeed in pre-school and beyond.

Carlie and Andrea initially met in 2015 while working as direct behavior interventionists at a clinic in southern California. Their shared experience and the impact they witnessed through person-centered ABA services inspired them to further their education, knowledge, and experience. In 2017, they enrolled in a graduate program, earning their Master of Education in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis.

After completing their education, Andrea and Carlie became Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and later developed their vision for Ready 2 Learn ABA.
